Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you, the individual user (hereinafter "Player", "User", "You"), and Wing808 (hereinafter "Wing808", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under an internationally recognised gaming licence.

Definitions

Balance	The total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds, distinguished separately within the account dashboard.

KYC	Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process Wing808 is required to conduct on all player accounts prior to processing withdrawals.
MYR / RM	Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency used for all transactions on Wing808.
Wagering Requirement	The number of times a bonus amount must be wagered through qualifying games before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
Platform	The Wing808 website (wing808.cam) and all associated services, features, games, and content made available to registered Players.
Prohibited Territory	Any jurisdiction in which use of the Wing808 platform is explicitly restricted, blocked, or prohibited under applicable law or by Wing808's operating licence conditions.

Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Wing808, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as you hold an account:

• You possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence.

Account Registration

To access Wing808's real-money gaming services, you are required to complete the registration process accurately and honestly. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your real, full legal name as it appears on your official identification documents.
• Provide a valid email address that you own and regularly access.
• Provide accurate date of birth information confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Wing808 is required under its operating licence to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification typically requires submission of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — acceptable documents include a Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months.

Wing808 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including but not limited to confirmation of payment method ownership or source of funds documentation.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each Player may hold only one (1) active account with Wing808. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, Wing808 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all balances, bonuses, and winnings held therein.

Terms of Use

By using Wing808, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree to the following conditions of use:

• You are solely responsible for all bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account.
• Funds deposited into your Wing808 account are held for the purpose of gaming and wagering activity on the Platform only.
• Wing808 is not a financial institution and your account balance does not earn interest.

5.1 Technical Access

Wing808 makes no representation that the Platform will be available continuously or without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and events beyond Wing808's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. Wing808 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime except where directly caused by Wing808's gross negligence.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Wing808 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods, subject to availability: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. Daily and monthly limits may also apply depending on your account status and payment method. Wing808 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit funds into your account (the "source of funds" principle). All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Processing timeframes are as follows:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes during operational hours.
• DuitNow and FPX Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes.

Processing times represent realistic estimates and may vary during public holidays, system maintenance periods, or where additional verification is required. Wing808 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud, match-fixing, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Wing808 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. We may request documentation establishing the source of deposited funds. Deposits made solely for the purpose of transferring funds without genuine gaming activity may be treated as suspicious and reported to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

Wing808 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards, are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification (or as specified in the promotion).
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless Wing808 expressly permits such combination.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. For reference, Wing808's standard welcome bonus options carry the following wagering requirements:

• Standard Welcome Bonus (100%): 10x wagering requirement on bonus amount.
• Esports Bonus (188%): 18x wagering requirement on bonus amount.
• Magnificent Welcome Bonus (288%): 35x wagering requirement on bonus amount.
• Crypto Deposit Bonus (2%): No additional wagering requirement beyond standard play.

Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and wagering progress will expire at the end of the validity period if requirements have not been met.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Wing808 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or withdrawing bonus funds before wagering requirements are completed. Where bonus abuse is identified, Wing808 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, and may suspend or close the relevant account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on Wing808 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or market. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that game or market.

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the governing body of that sport. In the event of an error in odds (palpable error), Wing808 reserves the right to void affected bets at the correct odds. Bets placed on suspended markets or after the relevant event has concluded will be voided. Maximum payout limits per event apply and are published in the sports betting rules section.

8.2 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published by the relevant game studio. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by the physical actions of the dealer. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live dealer game, the round will be voided and stakes returned to players.

8.3 Errors and Omissions

Wing808 makes every effort to ensure accuracy of all prices, odds, and game information displayed on the Platform. In the event of a clear and obvious error ("palpable error"), Wing808 reserves the right to void transactions entered into on the basis of that error, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or settled. Wing808 will not be bound by obvious errors and will notify affected players promptly.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Wing808 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets, access games, or manipulate Platform behaviour.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in games or betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker or multiplayer formats.
• Match-fixing or placing bets on the basis of inside information relating to the outcome of a sporting event.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of deposits, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using the Wing808 account of another person, whether with or without their consent.
• Engaging in any form of fraud or dishonest conduct directed at Wing808 or other players.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other masking technology.

Responsible Gambling

Wing808 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any content on the Platform for commercial purposes.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform without Wing808's express written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks from Platform content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wing808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or these Terms, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.

Wing808's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wing808 account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Wing808's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds you deposit. Wing808 provides no guarantee of winnings and is not liable for any gambling losses you may incur through use of the Platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your Wing808 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and all wagering requirements on active bonuses must either be completed or waived (in which case associated bonus funds will be forfeited). Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method following completion of KYC verification, where not already completed.

13.2 Termination by Wing808

Wing808 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination by Wing808 for breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited at Wing808's discretion, subject to the nature and severity of the breach.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wing808 holds its operating gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Wing808 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where Wing808 determines such relief is necessary to protect its rights or interests.

Malaysian players acknowledge and accept that their use of the Platform is subject to the laws of the Platform's licensing jurisdiction, and that any disputes will be resolved in that jurisdiction, not in Malaysia.

Amendments

Wing808 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, Wing808 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
